Nizampet X Roads is a busy junction, so the metro is the easiest way to reach us. If you plan to drive, call us before your visit and we will suggest where to park.
What are your working hours?
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. Batches run at various times across the day, including early morning and evening slots for working professionals, and weekend batches.
Can I visit without an appointment?
You can, and you are welcome to. But calling ahead means a counsellor will be free when you arrive and can show you a live class rather than an empty room. A quick WhatsApp message is enough.
How do I book a free demo class?
Call or WhatsApp us, or fill in the form on this page with the course you are interested in. A counsellor will confirm the next available demo session and the mode, classroom or online.
How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
We aim to respond the same working day for calls, WhatsApp messages and form submissions received during working hours. Enquiries after 8:00 pm are answered the next morning.
Which courses can I ask about?
All nine: Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, SOC Analyst, Penetration Testing, Network Security, Web Application Security, Bug Bounty, Cyber Security After 12th, and Cyber Crime Investigation with Digital Forensics. Corporate training is handled separately.

Can I contact you from outside Hyderabad?
Yes. Live online batches run the same syllabus with the same trainer for learners anywhere in India, and the recorded course is available with lifetime access. Contact us the same way.

Can my parents come with me?
Yes, and we encourage it. Parents are welcome to sit in on a demo class, see the classroom and ask questions directly. Most concerns are settled in an hour that way.
What should I ask on my first call?
Ask about the next batch date, the mode and timings that suit you, the fee and payment options, what the lab access is, and who will be teaching. Those five answers tell you most of what you need.
Do you share fees over the phone?
Yes. Our fees are published on every course page too: ₹9,999 recorded, ₹25,000 live online and ₹32,000 classroom. Corporate training is quoted separately. No institute should be evasive about pricing.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. EMI and two-instalment options are available on classroom and online training. A counsellor will explain what applies to the course and mode you choose.
I am already enrolled. Who do I contact for support?
Use your batch WhatsApp group first, since your trainer and batchmates are there. For administrative matters, call the main number during working hours.
Do you offer weekend batches?
Yes. Weekend batches exist specifically for working professionals and for students studying alongside a degree. Ask about the next weekend batch date when you call.
Can I switch my batch timing after enrolling?
Speak to a counsellor. Where schedules allow, we try to accommodate a change, particularly when your work or college timetable changes mid-course.
How do I give feedback or raise a complaint?
