01What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. There is no account system on this site, and we do not buy contact data from third parties.

• Your name, phone number and email address, when you submit an enquiry form
• The course, preferred mode and any message you include with that enquiry
• Your background or experience level, if you tell us
• The content of any WhatsApp, phone or email conversation you start with us

02Why we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry, arrange a demo class, and tell you about batch dates for the course you asked about. If you enrol, we use them to administer your training and issue your certificate.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other training institutes, recruiters or advertisers.

03Marketing messages

If you enquire, we may contact you about upcoming batches for that course. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any message, or by writing to the email address below, and we will remove you from that list.

04How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for two years so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Records relating to enrolled students, including fee receipts and certificates, are kept for seven years, because we may need them to reissue a certificate or answer a verification request from an employer.

05Third parties

This website is a static site served from our own hosting. Two third-party services are involved when you use it, and only in the ways described here.

• Google Maps — the map on our contact page loads only when you click to load it, not on page load
• WhatsApp — if you use a WhatsApp link, your message is handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy terms

06Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store a small amount of data locally to remember your preferences on the page; that data stays on your device and is never sent to us.

07Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond within two working days. There is no charge for this.

08Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes affecting people who have already enquired or enrolled will also be sent by email.
