Refund policy

01Attend a demo first

Every course has a free demo class. It is a real session with the trainer who will teach your batch, not a sales call. We strongly recommend attending one before you pay, because it prevents almost every refund request we receive.

02Classroom and live online courses

For instructor-led batches, refunds are calculated from the batch start date.

• Before the batch starts — full refund of everything paid
• Within the first 3 sessions — 75% of the fee refunded
• After the 3rd session and up to the 6th — 50% of the fee refunded
• After the 6th session — no refund, as the majority of live delivery has been provided

03Recorded video courses

Recorded courses grant immediate, permanent access to the full library, so the refund window is necessarily shorter.

• Within 7 days of purchase, and with under 20% of the content viewed — full refund
• After 7 days, or once more than 20% has been viewed — no refund

04If we cancel or reschedule

If we cancel a batch, or move its start date and the new date does not suit you, you receive a full refund regardless of any window above. This applies no matter how much notice we were able to give you.

05What is never deducted

We do not charge a registration, administration or processing fee against a refund. The amount stated above is the amount you receive. Where you paid by card or UPI, we refund to the same instrument.

06What is not refundable

External certification examination fees are set and collected by the exam body — EC-Council, CompTIA, Offensive Security and others — and are governed by their policies, not ours. If you paid such a fee through us and the voucher has not been issued, we will refund it.

07Transferring instead of refunding

At any point in the windows above, you may transfer to a later batch of the same course, or to a different course of equal value, instead of taking a refund. One transfer is free. This is often the better option if the problem is timing rather than fit.

08How to request a refund

Email us from the address you enrolled with, stating your name, batch and the reason. We acknowledge within two working days and process approved refunds within 10 working days. Bank settlement may add a few days beyond that, depending on your bank.
